Identify the potential for Serviceproducts (SpareParts Modifications Technical Support Serviceagreements etc.) and develop a strategy together with the management to grow our Servicesales in Thailand and other country
Agree on Salestargets with the management and define and execute measures to achieve the targets.
Establish a close personal relationship with customers identify their potential and needs and conduct periodic consultative meetings on site and online.
Build trust in the brand of Syntegon among customers identify areas of dissatisfaction and follow through measures to increase customersatisfaction
Obtain information on competitors activities both for Service and New Equipment; detect opportunities to offer new equipment
Collaborate closely with manufacturing entities colleagues from newequipmentsales and other departments
Develop a constructive relationship with our Agent and align activities where necessary.
Report timely and in appropriate quality on your activities to management and peers (visitreports forecasts lostorderreports etc in CRM)
Collect and summarize the technical requirements (RFQ) for new inquiries prepare riskassessment and identify possible obstacles and ways to overcome them
Observe markettrends and industry regulations assist marketing with input for machine improvements and future service product development.
Qualifications :
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or/and other fields
Minimum of 3year experience in technical sales automation system solution preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial products
Good experience with MS Office CRM. Experience with SAP is preferred
Good English both in spoken and written
Strong customers orientation; detailoriented and excellent problemsolving skills
Strong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team environment with ability to travel in the region.
