Associate Director Global Project Management
Location: Gaithersburg MD or Boston Seaport MA
Introduction to role
The Associate Director of Global Project Management (GPM) is a key leadership position responsible for managing global crossfunctional drug development teams and subteams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver significant development regulatory and commercial milestones. This role provides toplevel oversight and integration of the entire development process into commercialization working closely with the Global Project Leader. Depending on the stage of development and project complexity the GPM will work on one or more crossfunctional early or late Global Project Teams (GPTs). The GPM ensures that the team operates in a way that represents standard methodology for project management within AstraZeneca and is a strategic partner to the Global Project Leader/Global Franchise Head and the entire GPT.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $134866 to $ pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition our positions offer a shortterm incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equitybased longterm incentive program (salaried roles)to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles) and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
