Job Description
Overview of the position:
At Scaled Agile were on a mission to accelerate business agility through our Partner ecosystem. Our Partner Program team works crossfunctionally to equip Partners with the resources and communication needed to bring value to customers around the world.
Were looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Marketing Intern to join the Partner Program team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing operations product communications and crossfunctional project coordination.
What Youll Be Doing:
Plan and track postlaunch Partner enablement activities for new and existing product offerings.
Maintain a centralized communications tracking spreadsheet to log format (e.g. Pendo guides videos) and channel (e.g. webinars) for Partner messaging.
Coordinate across teamsProduct Marketing Multimedia and Partner Marketingto align messaging and ensure visibility of gotomarket efforts.
Support logistics planning to ensure Partnerfacing content is delivered clearly and on time.
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to keep plans on track.
Qualifications :
A successful candidate will have:
A current college student or recent graduate in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communicationComfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking complex information
Able to collaborate crossfunctionally and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Selfstarter whos excited to learn in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work 40 hours a week and commit of a term no less than 10 weeks
Bonus: Familiarity with Pendo video content or partner enablement practices

Compensation: Scaled Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation for this role is $19.00 an hour.
