Were looking for a seasoned Agile Coach who has handson experience working with technical teams. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of coaching experience and possess strong technical skills in software development IT infrastructure or related fields. The Agile Coach (Technical) will work closely with Business and Technical Platform Tribes implement Agile practices that drive business outcomes to identify areas for improvement train Tribe team members and tribe stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coaching: Provide coaching services to multiple IT Tribes Agile frameworks emphasizing technical aspects of agility.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical background to help teams understand how Agile principles can be applied in a way that aligns with their specific needs and challenges.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for way of working improvement within the organizations software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing deployment and maintenance.
- Training & Facilitation: Design and deliver training sessions on Agile principles practices and tools (e.g. Jira Asana) to teams managers and other stakeholders.
- Change Management: Work with leadership to develop strategies for change management ensuring that the organizations culture adapts to agile methodologies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Embed in teams key performance indicators (KPIs) track progress against them and provide regular reports on team velocity cycle time lead time and other relevant metrics.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization including product owners development teams QA engineers designers.

Qualifications :
- Education: Masterss degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
- Minimum 10 years in a Computer Science (technical expertise).
- Proven track record of successful coaching engagements with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development methodologies including Agile frameworks.
- Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile and version control systems tools (e.g. Jira Gitlab).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels within the organization.
- Strong facilitation and training abilities.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of cloudbased platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools for metrics tracking and reporting.
