Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our private dental practice in Glossop to cover a maternity leave. As an integral part of our team you will provide highquality dental care to our patients in a modern and wellequipped environment.
About the role and practice:
- Working Mondays and Tuesdays
- Starting end of July initially 6 months with potential for increase
- 6 recently refurbished surgeries with digital xrays CBCT scanner intraoral scanners available
- Well established practice with experienced support team
- Excellent clinical team offering general dentistry orthodontics and implants/oral surgery
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations diagnoses and treatments
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists dental nurses and other staff members to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies
- Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by building strong patient relationships
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and practice policies

Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification
- Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in a wide range of dental procedures including preventive restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Experience with dental software and modern dental equipment
- Patientfocused approach with a dedication to providing highquality care
