Job Description
About your tasks:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented AI engineers to deliver impactful machine learning and AI products
- Define the vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in collaboration with product and business teams
- Drive the design development and deployment of scalable AI systems across the company
- Foster innovation and experimentation in your team while ensuring best practices and code quality
- Create a culture of ownership learning and continuous improvement
- Present your ideas models and insights in a way that makes impact across departments.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You hold a Masters degree in Computer Science Natural Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field from a reputed technical university in Germany
- You have proven (5 years) experience leading AI or ML engineering team
- You have strong experience in ML & (Gen) AI frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) etc.
- You also have experience using various Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as those from OpenAI Google (Gemini) etc to develop innovative products.
- You enjoy building things from scratch learning fast and making a positive impact.
- Youre passionate about developing people and scaling technical teams
- You enjoy collaborating across departments and turning complex problems into elegant solutions
