Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Talent Management Coordinator to support our Talent Management function for the Netherlands and IHQ (both locations based in the Netherlands) as part of a Maternity Cover until December 2025. The Talent Management function is part of our overall Talent team (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management). We are driving a bestinclass associate experience for the full Netherlands for all our talent processes and initiatives. To further enabling our functions growthambitions this role plays a vital role.

Just some of your responsibilities:

  • Supports the team members with their talent projects and talent processes (e.g. Performance process Trainings Engagement).
  • Ensures the execution of the IHQ & NL Onboarding programs including coordination with presenters and participants location preparation organization of factory visits or Experience Centre visit;
  • Supporting the team with our Learning system and learning initiatives. This includes understanding best practices and looking into opportunities. As well coorganizing events onsite and online.
  • Extracts reports from various systems and monitors relevant KPIs as requested by the team members.

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesnt shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel its important for you to have a certain level of experience with Talent Management and  project management as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of must haves however thats not how we view your candidacy. We do of course take into consideration how much experience you have with Talent Management and Project Management but ultimately we look at the bigger picture. But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role well share our nice to have list with you: 

  • Strong analytic skills accurate ability to analyze key data;
  • Good level of MS Office and talent systems expertise;
  • Project Management experience manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously that often represent competing priorities; 
  • Excellent English & Dutch language skills.
  • Achievement orientation high drive/ambition to succeed;
  • A relevant University Degree.
