Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join our team in Rabat Morocco. As a Housekeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas including guest rooms public spaces and employee areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality
- Properly use cleaning equipment products and supplies according to safety guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
- Restock guest room amenities and supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and company policies
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Customerfocused attitude with a professional demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
