Location: Broad Street Sheffield
Salary: Circa 75000
Job Type: Permanent fulltime.
Hybrid model: Minimum 2 Days in the Office per week.

What will the role involve
- Owning and delivering clientfacing highimpact technology projects across cloud migrations software upgrades and implementations.
- Leading and managing multiple projects concurrently across complex stakeholder environments.
- Proactively managing risks and escalations ensuring client satisfaction and providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Running joint steering committees with senior stakeholders ensuring alignment strategic direction and effective decisionmaking.
- Mentoring developing and supporting junior project managers championing project excellence and fostering growth and best practices.
- Collaborating with internal engineering product and supporting teams to drive results for external clients.
- Ensuring delivery is on time on budget and scope with precision.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- Strong project delivery experience within a supplier vendor or consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated success managing software delivery projects for external clients (ideally in Financial Services)
- Proven track record of running client steering committees and managing senior stakeholder expectations.
- Expertise in cloud migrations system implementations and software upgrades.
- Confidence in escalation managementresolving challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Experience mentoring team members and leading by example.
- Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent are a plus.
