About North America Product & Solutions
We are looking for a Sr. Staff Research Lead who is passionate about embedding user research deeply into the product design and gotomarket processes in North America. In this role youll be a core member of our regional Solution Design team working alongside a blended team of product managers and designers to bring new and earlystage products and solutions to life the North America market.
Your research expertise will help inform decisions throughout the product development process. This role will work across key strategic product lines within Visa such as digital ecommerce risk and identity BNPL and more.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
8 years of experience in user experience research with demonstrable experience designing and executing research across the full tech product development lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills coupled with a willingness to explore beyond the traditional toolbox and embrace new methodologies
Must be resultsoriented and have the ability to work independently identifying when and where feedback will be valuable and incremental
Innate desire to share credit and support ones colleagues putting the success of the team and the company ahead of personal gain
Refusal to compromise on commitments quality and the truth
Excellent crossfunctional partnership skills and ability to lead product conversations with insights
Knowledge of and experience with Visa products a plus
Experience with tools such as Figma dScout
Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169100.00 to 245400.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
