The National Sales Trainer Sales Training Psychiatry is responsible for facilitating training programs across all phases of training and developing maintaining and implementing training content and programs. This position reports to the Associate Director of Sales Training Psychiatry.
Contributions to the Psychiatry sales teams success is achieved through proactively partnering with key stakeholders across various departments including the sales training team marketing sales leadership and enterprise training teams to create and implement training materials and programs. These materials and programs address identified field sales needs support key marketing initiatives enhance product knowledge improve overall selling skills and support the ongoing developmental needs of the Psychiatry sales team.

Maintain expert level understanding of therapeutic area managed markets and selling skills. Excellent facilitation coaching and influencing skills. Excellent time management project management and organizational skills. Manage prioritize and execute a diverse mix of responsibilities with a high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High sense of awareness and emotional intelligence. Excellent business acumen analytics assessment and critical thinking skills. Proactively identify opportunities find resolutions and act on resolutions. Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive productive team and enterprisewide business partnerships. Ability to adapt to changing work dynamics based upon business priorities. Consistently develop self. Selfmotivated and strong accountability to meet deadlines.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our shortterm incentive programs.
