Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach this town played an iconic role in the emergence of Californias surf culture and today is celebrated for its laidback vibe and fun active lifestyle.
The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms 115000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 8 food and Beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants a beach club lounge marketplace and inroom dining.

In this role you will be overseeing the daytoday operations of 33 North. Directly managing 25 Team Members working collaboratively with the Director of Beverage and reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences a talent for training and developing others and experiencedinall aspectsof restaurant operations (ex. financial performance social media reputation local market capture and employee relations). At least 3 years of management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Strong beverage knowledge and prior luxury hotel experience are a plus.
