A reputable partner hospital in Naples FL is actively seeking a fulltime Lead Veterinarian to join and lead their dedicated and compassionate team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a veterinarian with leadership experience to manage a wellestablished communitytrusted clinic while continuing to deliver highquality care to patients.

Deliver comprehensive medical care including diagnosis treatment surgery and preventative medicine
Mentor and lead veterinary staff including technicians and assistants
Manage daily operations including staffing scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
Implement innovative process improvements to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
Foster lasting relationships with clients and local referral sources to ensure outstanding service and care
Champion a positive teamcentered culture and uphold clinical excellence across the practice
DVM/VMD from an AVMAaccredited veterinary school
Licensed veterinarian in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure)
25 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory veterinary role
Proven leadership and management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to mentorship team development and highstandard veterinary care
