What Youll Do
The Global Supply Manager Data Center Tools & Consumables is a critical role responsible for overseeing the planning procurement and ontime delivery of specialized Data Center tools and operations supplies (including but not limited to specialized material handling equipment testing and diagnostic tools and installation and operations consumables). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier relationship management supplier performance Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment Process (CPFR) and overall procurement operations to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of critical Data Center tools and ideal candidate will be a datadriven leader with strong analytical communication and problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies for racks and rPDUs that align with business goals and operational requirements.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFQs supplier selection and total cost analysis.
Supplier Management & Performance:
- Manage a global supplier base with a focus on quality ontime delivery pricing and service levels.
- Conduct regular supplier business reviews and implement supplier development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
CrossFunctional Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Data Center Operations Logistics and Finance teams to align procurement plans with technical requirements demand forecasts and project timelines.
- Develop and continually optimize onsite material processes integrated with existing Data Center Operations SOPs.
Procurement Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement processes including purchase order management lead time optimization and exception handling.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies international trade regulations and ESG standards.
DataDriven Decision Making:
- Use data and KPIs to measure procurement performance identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit readiness and strategic analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Management Operations Management Supply Chain Analytics or related field
- 3 years of experience in inventory management in Cloud Data Center or related industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles including demand planning inventory management and production scheduling.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience with ERP systems ( Netsuite Kinaxis) is preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $90000$120000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
