Shift: Sundays 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Location: Clarksville TN

Were currently seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist an elderly male client with a history of dementia and a high fall risk. This is a oneonone opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a calm home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide handson personal care (bathing dressing toileting hygiene)

• Assist with safe mobility and fall prevention techniques

• Offer companionship and mental engagement

• Light housekeeping and meal prep

• Monitor and report any changes in behavior or health

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced with dementia and fall risk clients

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance

• Calm compassionate and patient under pressure

• Must be prompt and reliablethis is a critical shift for the client

Requirements:

• Valid ID and reliable transportation

• Must pass background check and reference screening
