Position : Dispatch Coordinator/CSR

Working Hours : Shifting Schedule 9am 5pm CST
Salary Range : 800 USD 1000 USD
We re looking for a proactive and reliable Dispatch Coordinator/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our dispatch and operations team in a fastpaced transportation environment. This role requires strong communication skills sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and problemsolve in realtime. The ideal candidate is experienced in customerfacing roles comfortable working independently and has a basic understanding of vehicles and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone inquiries from customers
- Collect and process customer payments accurately
- Route calls and job details to drivers efficiently
- Maintain realtime awareness of field operations and driver locations
- Communicate with drivers to relay instructions or gather updates
- Track and log customer and driver interactions
- Escalate any driverrelated issues to management promptly
- Conduct information gathering and ensure accurate documentation of customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a similar CSR role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Fast learner with the ability to handle highpressure situations
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and initiative
- Familiarity or interest in vehicles logistics or transportation is preferred
Tools & Technical Requirements:
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience using Google Maps for navigation support
- Knowledge of Samsara or similar GPS tracking software (preferred)
- Comfortable using towing or dispatch software
- Reliable highspeed internet connection
- Headset for clear communication
- Familiarity with calculators and basic internal admin tools
