Finalsite is on the lookout for an innovative and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Communications product line. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for the strategic planning development and continuous enhancement of our communication and omnichannel platforms. Your deep understanding of messaging technologies mobile apps and content tools coupled with your passion for education will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of educators administrators parents and students enabling them to create and manage content effortlessly.

100% Remote Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Finalsites messaging platforms aligning with the companys broader goals and the specific requirements of the educational sector.
Roadmap Oversight: Construct and manage a robust product roadmap for omnichannel delivery prioritizing initiatives that deliver value innovation and scalability.
HighLevel Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders external partners and vendors ensuring a cohesive approach to Finalsites communication products.
Advanced Market Insights: Conduct indepth market research competitive analysis and trend monitoring to position Finalsite as a leader within the messaging space for K12 communications.
EndtoEnd Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and development to launch adoption and ongoing enhancement.
MetricsDriven Management: Utilize a comprehensive set of metrics to guide product decisions assess performance and drive continuous improvement and efficiencies for our omnichannel offerings.
Visionary Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the team encouraging creative thinking exploring emerging technologies and identifying new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Lead and mentor other product managers fostering a highperformance team culture focused on delivering exceptional and highly scalable solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs challenges and feedback related to school communication translating them into strategic product initiatives.
Technical and Business Acumen: Serve as a thought leader within the K12 landscape combining technical expertise with business savvy and subject matter expertise to advance Finalsites strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
7 years of product management experience
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in leading product managers fostering innovation and driving strategic vision into successful product solutions.
Exceptional strategic planning and critical thinking skills capable of synthesizing market trends customer insights and technological advancements into impactful product strategies.
Outstanding communication skills with the proficiency to engage influence and align stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
Indepth knowledge of software development API integrations and the latest industry trends enabling effective leadership in a technologydriven environment.
Advanced problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex challenges and deliver innovative customercentric solutions.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make databased decisions.
Agile/Scrum experience; certification is a plus.
Excellent digital collaboration skills being able to work across multiple geographic regions and time zones using various internetbased tools.
A passion for education and a commitment to Finalsites mission.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
