Job Description

Job Summary

The provider program and communications specialist is a role in the Provider Network Performance department that collaborates with teams across the organization to plan organize and implement programs and related communications within our provider network. A key function of this role is the development of strategic communications plans and messaging and the creation and dissemination of communication tactics to internal and external audiences to drive provider performance on our strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Perform Day to Day operations of the provider incentive program

  • Work with all levels in the organization as well as external audiences to plan and implement programs within our provider network.

  • Assist with year end program settlement

  • Work closely with internal data teams

  • Assist with Provider Incentive program design

  • Resolve provider base inquiries

  • Special program and project work as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • 2 years of relevant experience related work
