Talented Graphic Arts Coordinator Needed for Educational Excellence!
GRAPHIC ARTS COORDINATOR: Remote
Remote Position
Contract Duration: Through December 2025 (7 months)
Overview:
Join a leading educational institution as their Graphic Arts Coordinator and make a visual impact on districtwide marketing initiatives! This exciting remote opportunity allows you to coordinate and create compelling graphic designs that support the districts vision mission and goals. Youll work on highprofile projects while managing the visual identity of educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce highquality marketing materials including advertisements signage brochures and digital media
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret project needs and develop creative solutions
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion
- Preserve and protect the established brand image and standards
- Prepare artwork for printing and various reproduction methods
- Create designs for districtwide events including signage and displays
- Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotes for outsourced projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint)
- Understanding of various paper stocks and printing processes
- Knowledge of webbased design resource tools
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with brand management and consistency
