Based out of HQ Eden Prairie Minnesota USA (Hybrid role 3 days a week in office)

About the Role

The Business Systems Administrator works directly with key users of Salesforce to ensure maximum efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs that drives improvements that enables teams to achieve their strategic business objectives.

We are seeking someone with excellent relationship organizational and technical skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs to translate administer and enhance the system accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management.

  • Help manage new releases of the assigned Business System and efficiently roll out new features.

  • Understanding of disciplined change control processes.

  • Create maintain and cleanup fields flows views reports & dashboards

  • Create new reporting capabilities and respond to adhoc reporting requests as needed.

  • Assist with User Access audits including review of job titles data permissions and visibility etc.

  • Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.

  • Working knowledge of most integrations that exist within the tool set and how changes enhancements and new functionality adds with mesh with and possibly affect the AWN application ecosystem.

  • Reference and update (where applicable) existing documentation regarding Salesforce support and enhancement management.

  • Assist with maintaining personnel and access changes in response to approved business/departmental changes.

  • Help install new Managed Packages and tools into the environment.

Who You Are

  • Solid problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to understand our organizations business.

  • Ability to understand our Business Tool ecosystem.

  • Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of connected business tools is a plus (Gainsight Marketo Outreach etc.).

  • Ability to manage individual work efforts as part of Jira Sprint/Release process.

  • Collaborative and consultative abilities to work with nontechnical end users.

  • Aptitude for eliciting user requirements and developing both process and technical solutions.

  • Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word Excel and Outlook.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of Salesforce administration experience

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required

  • Willingness to continue growing through experience and/or study and certification.

  • Indepth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce

  • Detail oriented and selfstarter with strong written and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company

  • Team player with a positive cando attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree OR equivalent education/experience
