Job Description
Are you a multitasking extraordinaire with a passion for organization and a heart full of compassion This vibrant and welcoming practice is searching for a dedicated team member to ensure patients receive a 5star experience while keeping the office running smoothly. Youll have the unique opportunity to work across all departments contributing to our mission of exceptional patient care within our community.
No Experience Needed: Prior medical office or eyecare experience is a plus but it isnt required. We are eager to train the right person with a positive attitude a helpful spirit and a love of learning.
Your Key Responsibilities as an Optical Sales Associate:
- Welcome and greet our customers warmly ensuring they feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally assisting customers with inquiries scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns.
- Demonstrate empathy and a genuine understanding of customer needs to provide personalized service.
- Support the team by managing inventory restocking displays and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Spend quality time with customers helping them explore eyewear options educating them on lens features and facilitating fittings.
- Take accurate notes during customer consultations document preferences and recommendations and process orders efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career within the optical field.
