Key Responsibilitie

  • Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the medical solutions portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities within target markets including hospitals clinics and other healthcare providers.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients stakeholders and decisionmakers in the healthcare industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage existing clients portfolio for Medical solutions.
  • Team Coach advise and work closely with the implementation product postimplementation & support teams;
  • Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries functional processes and best practices.
  • Market Insights and Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market demands to inform sales strategy.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by spending time close to them understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities;

  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Implement effective sales processes including CRM management pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete salesimplementation cycle for the allocated accounts;

Qualifications:

With a minimum of 5 years of experience an ideal Sales Manager specializing in Medical solutions should possess the following skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the medical or healthcare solutions industry.

Strong knowledge of medical devices healthcare IT solutions or related medical technologies.

Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives. Collaborative team player working effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Ability to travel up to insert percentage for client meetings conferences and trade shows.

B drivers license.
