Job Overview:

Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Professionals with 1 years of relevant Sales experience for Junior & 5 years of relevant Sales experience for Senior Positions to join our growing team. You will be responsible visavis Job Guarantee Programs & Strategic Partnerships (Sponsorships) for generating leads managing presales activities converting leads into sales maintaining postsales engagement with customers and Team Management. This role requires an ambitious adaptive and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills who can develop trust with the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients and markets

Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media and events

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads

PreSales:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presales materials

Outbound calling

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements

Conduct product demonstrations presentations query resolution sessions to showcase the value of our offerings

Ensure enhanced customer experience and improved customer relationship

Conversion:

Conduct customer interviews to understand their suitability

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly

Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers

Close sales deals effectively

PostSales Engagement:

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the customer success team

Follow up with clients postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Management:

Leading and managing the marketing team including hiring training and supervising staff members

Delegating tasks setting performance targets and providing guidance and support to ensure the teams success

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

1 year of relevant Sales experience for Junior & 5 years of relevant Sales experience for Senior Positions

Experience in B2C sale with EdTech & B2B Strategic Partnerships (Sponsorships) will be preferable

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Ambitious Adaptive Proactive
