Office Location is Lagoumitzi 40 Athina 117 45
Salary is EUR 1200 per month gross with bonuses

About the Role:
As a French Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact for Frenchspeaking customers across Europe. Youll provide exceptional support and service regarding bookings rental policies billing inquiries and more. Working from our vibrant office in Athens or remotely within Greece youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
What Youll Do:

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls emails and chats from Frenchspeaking customers.

Assist with reservations modifications cancellations and postrental queries.

Provide accurate information about vehicle availability rental terms and policies.

Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating as needed.

Maintain a strong understanding of the clients services systems and processes.

Meet or exceed service targets and quality metrics.
What You Bring:

Fluency in French (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customerfocused mindset with a positive cando attitude.

Previous experience in customer service travel or car rental industry is a plus.

Comfortable using computer systems CRM tools and handling multiple tasks.
