Hours 06:00 18:00 4 on 4 off
We are a currently seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a prominent client in the FMCG sector based in Coalville. If you are enthusiastic focused and ambitious with a desire to grow within a thriving business this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Load materials into the machine infeed efficiently and correctly.
- Monitor material levels to ensure consistent operation.
- Perform regular cleaning of the machines to maintain optimal performance.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
- Inspect machinery for signs of wear or malfunction and report issues promptly.
- Respond to alarms or system errors immediately.
- Reset machines and troubleshoot basic operational issues to restore functionality.
- Be actively involved in physical tasks related to machine operations.
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal written and facetoface communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
