Senior Architect
Up to 50000
Location: Birmingham
Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a leading architectural firm based in Birmingham renowned for innovative and sustainable design solutions. My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.
With an exciting range of upcoming projects my clients portfolio specialise in the Industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:
- Develop and present design concepts for a range of projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.
Qualifications required for this Senior Architect role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
