Job Title: Multiskilled Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Warrington
Salary: 22 per hour plus company vehicle
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Location: Site Bases
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a qualified and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer ready to take your career to the next level Were looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join a highly regarded building services team delivering exceptional maintenance solutions across commercial sites in the education and healthcare sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a mobile role enjoys variety in their work and values being part of a supportive and skilled team.
About the Role:
- Provide planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties.
- Work on mechanical and electrical systems including plantroom equipment.
- Operate independently and collaboratively within a multiskilled service team.
- Travel across the North West and Midlands with occasional overnight stays (prearranged and fully expensed).
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial mechanical and electrical building services.
- ACS Gas qualified and Gas Safe registered.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition / NICEIC qualifications preferred.
- FGas and LPG certifications desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret building services drawings.
- Basic IT proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check posthire.
