Do you love challenges

As a Senior IT Service Manager in the Digital Workplace area you will take responsibility for the continuous development and stable operation of our internal services based on Microsoft 365 and inhouse solutions always in line with our IT strategy and the needs of our business units. You will operate within a matrix organization and lead a team of subject matter experts on a functional level without disciplinary responsibility.

You take ownership of all Collaboration Services as part of our internal Digital Workplace Service Portfolio and drive both its strategic and operational development.

You act as the primary point of contact for business units architecture and security teams.

You define and implement governance models SLAs and KPIs and ensure their adherence in collaboration with compliance and security stakeholders.

You identify optimization opportunities and enhance the maturity and efficiency of our services through targeted process improvements.

You act as a coach and thought leader within the team and promote a sustainable service culture through active knowledge sharing.

Convince us with your potential!

You have several years of experience in IT Service Management ideally in a complex international enterprise environment.

You are confident in navigating between business IT and management and you excel at communicating and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You possess indepth knowledge of the service lifecycle as well as governance and compliance frameworks.

Certifications such as ITIL or specific Microsoft 365 are a plus.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

You think analytically and act pragmatically.

You take ownership and are eager to shape and improve services.

You bring people and initiatives together with focus clear communication and at eye level.
