Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and enhance software products ensuring security stability and compliance with platform policies.
- Support the Customer Success team by troubleshooting customer issues and providing necessary fixes and patches.
- Gain indepth knowledge of the endtoend system architecture reverse engineer and document it for crossteam reference.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regular security updates patching and performance optimizations for software products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development.
- Experience with fullstack development services and cloud deployment.
- Proficiency in AWS.
- Strong understanding of fullstack development using Go JavaScript and React.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with C# for desktop applications.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
- Handson experience with DevOps tools like Docker Terraform and Linux.
- Strong Git and GitHub knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in both GCP and AWS.
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity.
- Experience with TestFlight.
- Understanding of software installers.
- Knowledge of Jenkins BuildKite and Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Experience with Electron.
