Job Description
KalSoft is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our Canada sales team in our Mississauga office. This Internship is designed for college and university students or recent graduates who have a strong interest in sales and marketing and are eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
This is a paid internship and includes a rewarding commissionbased incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation through market research and online tools.
- Conductcold callingto identify potential clients and introduce them to the companys IT solutions.
- Support the sales team in preparing client presentations proposals and quotes.
- Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up with prospects via email and phone calls.
- Help identify new sales opportunities in the IT sector including cloud solutions managed services and software products.
- Support the sales team in achieving theirmonthly targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team to identifynew sales strategies and opportunities.
- Assist in creating and scheduling digital marketing campaigns (social media email marketing etc.).
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for marketing strategies.
- Create content for social media channels blogs and newsletters to promote IT services.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures case studies and presentations.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma inBusiness Marketing Communications or a related field
- Strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Prior experience or coursework in sales marketing or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
