Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

Today Pfizers US Oncology business is the third largest Oncology company in the US and has an industryleading inline and pipeline portfolio across Breast Prostate Genitourinary (GU) Hematologyoncology and Thoracic therapeutic areas.

The Senior Manager HCP Customer Engagement Strategy Lead plays a critical role to improve HCP engagement and experience across the Oncology portfolio via a surround sound approach to Pfizer Oncology brand and portfoliomarketing efforts to increase the impact and ROI of Pfizer Oncologys brand marketing efforts. In addition to identifying the gaps and opportunities for effective and efficient datadriven marketing the Customer Engagement Strategy Lead works closely with Oncology Franchises and Brand Marketing teams Agency partners Data Science and Analytics Pfizer Digital and the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) to execute bestinclass oncology marketing programs targeted to HCPs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Customer Segmentation

  • Provide technical and strategic support of Pfizers digital communications ecosystem at the enterprise and product level with a specific focus on HCP nonpersonal promotion (NPP) marketing.

  • Lead the development and implementation of segmentation and crosschannel communication journeys including triggerbased machine learning and nextbestaction with brands and their agency partners.

  • Use HCP profile and engagement data to deliver insights and strategies at the portfolio and brandlevel that enhance HCP reach and engagement to drive commercial success

  • Use advanced segmentation and knowledge of HCP profiling to develop HCP profiles and attributes for use media targeting and analysis.

Customer Journeys

  • Lead the development and implementation of segmentation and crosschannel communication journeys including triggerbased machine learning and nextbestaction with brands and their agency partners.

Marketing Insights and Analytics

  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics Pfizer Digital and the CMO to identify connect and transform data and attributes throughout Pfizers data ecosystem to provide actionable signals for brands to activate media programming from

  • Apply data science targeting and analytics to inform and refine marketing strategies ensuring datadriven decisionmaking and measurable outcomes.

  • Develop best practices KPIs and roadmaps to evolve marketing programs within franchises and across commercial teams from the standpoint of engagement and conversion.

  • Develop and deliver audience and performancebased analytics through timely reporting realtime dashboards and fulfilling ad hoc data requests.

Digital Fluency and Innovation

  • Champion digital fluency across the commercial brand marketing teams working closely with internal and external development partners to ensure best practices for usability accessibility conversion and efficiency are maintained.

  • Drive enthusiasm for and education on the emerging trends requirements and best practices for a healthy and evolving marketing ecosystem.

CrossFunctional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a conduit between Pfizer Oncology Pfizer Digital Data Science and Analytics and the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise to drive business goals forward.

Marketing Application and Resource Management

  • Apply knowledge of marketing applications and platforms to drive brand marketing partner use and understanding across Pfizer Oncologys marketing ecosystem so brand marketing teams can execute informed and innovative crosschannel marketing strategies.

  • Provide feedback and insights to Pfizer Digital the CMO and other stakeholders about use cases of marketing platforms at the brand and portfoliomarketing level.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

  • Education: BA/BS degree required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of US marketing experience with at least 2 focused on HCP Customer Engagement strategy and execution.

  • Customer Insights and Business Strategy: Ability to quickly develop and evolve effective strategies & tactics based on complex customer insights.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to prioritize and progress projects and activities focused on those with the most impact.

  • CRM: Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) database structures and relationships.

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of database structures and relationships; proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and data visualization platforms (Tableau Cloud Power BI).

  • Marketing Platforms: Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and using marketing applications to drive business goals and conduct program analysis.

  • Collaboration: Ability to demonstrate a One Pfizer approach and work effectively and collaboratively in a teambased environment withinternal/external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse stakeholderswithout direct reporting relationships.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both in 1:1 environments and larger group settings.

  • Proven track record of operating in a fastpaced highenergy environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Oncology Expertise: Oncology specialty or rare disease marketing experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Data Cloud and experience with Snowflake.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfort working in a fastpaced environment and making complex decisions quickly.

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data and understand trends and mathematical calculations.

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods using common applications (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for congresses sales meetings and customer interactions.

NONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Pending Pfizer policies travel is required: Domestic travel of up to 20%.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
