Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager II
Location: Grand Forks ND (Onsite 1 day remote/flexible schedule)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager role at a newly built standalone acute care multispecialty hospital located in Grand Forks North Dakota.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about managing a highperforming team while maintaining a handson clinical presence. Registered Dietitians in this facility have order writing privileges allowing them to work at the top of their scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical nutrition program within the hospital setting
- Supervise a team of 4 Dietitians and 5 Diet Clerks (both inpatient and outpatient)
- Provide direct patient care (20% of the time)
- Oversee Sodexos meal service program and menu management implementation
- Lead performance improvement and quality management initiatives
- Foster a learning culture and support professional development within the team
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Dietitian credentials
- Masters degree with required coursework and supervised practice as per ACEND guidelines
- (Bachelors accepted only if eligible for RD exam prior to 01/01/2024)
- Must meet RD/RDN eligibility requirements by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and become registered within 120 days of hire
- State certification/licensure as required at time of hire
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum 13 months management experience including supervising people and resources
- Strong communication leadership and customer service skills
- Experience with regulatory accreditation readiness and review processes
- Proven ability to maintain and improve standards of care
