Senior Accountant Healthcare Services
Location: Boston MA (onsite)

Position Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Controller the Senior Accountant will play a role in maintaining the companys financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthend and yearend close processes including preparing journal entries reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
- Provide financial analysis on data trends and present actionable recommendations to management.
- Assist in creating financial forecasts budgets and variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Support external audits by collaborating with auditors and preparing documentation as needed.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting systems processes and internal controls for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed on changes to healthcare industry regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 35 years of corporate accounting experience.
- CPA designation or prior experience in public accounting is highly desirable.
- Indepth knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience. (Up to $90000)
