Salary:$21.00 $27.30 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Pay Differentials Offered (must qualify through testing or verification):
- Language Translation Bicultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Bilingualism ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
- Bimodal Multilingualism ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
Overview:
The IT Technician at Redwood Community Services is pivotal in ensuring seamless operation of internal and external IT systems. This role focuses on delivering toptier technical support to staff resolving issues efficiently and maintaining the agencys technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include installing and upgrading software/hardware generating actionable reports and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. As a key support contact the IT Technician manages helpdesk operations troubleshoots technical challenges and safeguards the performance and security of IT assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver responsive technical support perform routine system maintenance and create userfriendly guides and training programs.
- Monitor system performance execute regular backups manage cybersecurity tools and produce datadriven reports to uncover trends and drive improvements.
- Leverage strong problemsolving skills deep knowledge of IT systems and clear communication to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in IT support with the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
- Comprehensive expertise in computer hardware software and network systems.
Conditions of Employment:
- May work across all agency programs as needed.
- Occasional flexible work schedule required to meet individual client needs.
- Must possess a valid CA Drivers License current auto insurance and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).
- Must pass a clear background check with DOJ CACI FBI CCL.
- CPR and First Aid Certified.
- TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
