MonThurs: 9:30am7:00pm (includes a 1 hour lunch)
Fri: 11:00am2:00pm
A people person who enjoys helping patients and ensuring things run smoothly
Highly organized and able to manage multiple administrative priorities
Detail-oriented and committed to following insurance and billing protocols
Experienced or willing to learn insurance verification and compliance procedures
A problem solver with a proactive get-it-done attitude
Comfortable communicating financial information to help patients commit to care
Skilled in scheduling and managing patient flow
Able to support front desk back office and occasional marketing efforts
Interested in long-term career growth in a busy growing clinic
Willing to travel 1x/year for out-of-state Supercamp training (ThursdaySunday)
- Verify patient insurance benefits and document accurately
- Follow payer-specific protocols and help maintain compliance with policies
- Support with billing claims processes and prior authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and track required documentation
- Greet and check in patients with a warm professional demeanor
- Manage appointment schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow
- Assist with intake paperwork and guide patients through care plans
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information securely
- Respond to patient calls emails and faxes
- Keep the clinic organized professional and fully stocked
- Assist with internal systems and training protocols
- Support clinic marketing events and outreach when needed
Strong communication and organizational skills
Prior experience in healthcare chiropractic or insurance verification a plus
Ability to follow detailed protocols with accuracy
Comfortable using technology with fast and accurate typing skills
Friendly and confident even under pressure
Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
