Social Media Content Manager
Were looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager with strong skills in content creation community engagement and campaign execution ideally with experience in the Cambodian or Southeast Asian market.
As Social Media Content Manager you will be the online voice responsible for creating visually engaging content managing campaigns and driving community engagement across platforms. This includes promoting and creative storytelling and marketing to increase foot traffic.
Youll also oversee the design and production of inhouse marketing materialssuch as event posters and seasonal campaignsensuring consistency and timely delivery. Fluency in Khmer and English is required to effectively manage bilingual content and communication.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and skilled content creator with a strong understanding of Cambodian lifestyle and digital trends. Youre confident in both designing content and engaging with audiences and you collaborate well with retail and merchandising teams to align content with realtime store experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design: Design visually compelling posts graphics and videos using tools like Photoshop Illustrator and simple video editing software. Craft engaging captions that reflect unique voice and appeal to Khmer and Englishspeaking audiences.
Community Management: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments
messages and promoting positive conversations that build brand loyalty.
Campaign Execution & Ads: Plan and run social media campaigns including paid advertisements targeting the right audience managing budgets and optimizing performance to increase visibility and drive store visits.
Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and engagement analyze results and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
Content Strategy: Develop content calendars plan campaigns and align posts with the stores events
promotions and overall brand strategy. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to align content with the brands messaging and overall marketing objectives.
Design & Production Coordination: Follow up on the design and production of inhouse marketing materials such as sales promotional and event posters and holiday season campaigns to ensure timely and quality output.
Store Integration: Collaborate closely with the Merchandising Team and Retail Team to ensure content
reflects current instore promotions featured products and the overall store experience.
Education & Experience
3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation ideally within Cambodia or Southeast Asia.
Expertise in graphic design tools (Photoshop AI and basic video editing software).
Strong content creation skills both visual and written with the ability to produce compelling posts and captions that align with Tsutayas brand.
Proven experience in managing social media campaigns including audience targeting budget management and performance optimization.
Ability to think creatively engage audiences and adapt to changing trends in social media.
Previous experience working for lifestyle retail or bookrelated brands.
Knowledge of influencer marketing collaborations and partnerships.
Fluency in both Khmer and English both written and spoken is required.
WORKING HOURS
Up to 48 hours per week; primary workdays are Monday to
Saturday (Half Day) with work outside of the office hours
required occasionally.
Location: Aeon 1 Phnom Penh Cambodia.
