Role Definition:
Processes requisitions and provides support for purchasing supply chain sourcing cost price analyses and contract/purchase order generation.
Responsibilities:
- Developing improvement plans to support buyers & professionals related to Response Time Lean Targets Quality Cost Logistics Development and Management (QCLDM) to enable optimal and efficient operations.
- Performing analysis and maintenance of assigned processes that produce output excellence builds expertise for the assign process area and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Supporting customers and customer proposal efforts with pricing information and supplier selection.
- Performing analytical and administrative tasks in support of purchasing strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Assists in developing testing and implementing application systems:
- Hands on experience in developing coding and testing computer programs for medium to complex level projects.
- Assist in preparing technical and procedural documentation required in application system development.
- Provide detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple application programs.
- Contribute solutions for programming system operations including encoding testing debugging and documenting programs.
- Working experience in any Database Oracle/SQL can be a plus.
Required must skills:
- Expert level Power BI development experience.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or comparable curriculum from grade one University.
- Experience developing VBA Scripts and Macros for automation purposes.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Data analysis.
- Has good knowledge ofPower App and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain domain is highly recommended.
Desired Skills:
Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Having skill in Powerpoint and other Microsoft tools (Optional).
Has a strong customer focus.
Has demonstrated good analytical skills.
