Role Purpose
As the Senior Integrations Analyst you will be responsible for the daytoday oversight and service delivery of integration services across Wood Mackenzies Business Solutions ecosystem.
Reporting to the Data Lead and working under the direction of the Enterprise Data Architect you will coordinate support operations manage integrationrelated requests and issues and work closely with thirdparty service providers to ensure consistent highquality delivery across our integration landscape.
This is a complex business applications environment supported by a combination of brokered integrations (MuleSoft & IBM App Connect) and direct pointtopoint (P2P) integrations across multiple cloud and onpremise systems. While this role is not handson technical a strong understanding of integration principles technologies and service operations is important to provide effective oversight prioritisation and stakeholder engagement.

Integration Transformation
Wood Mackenzie is currently reviewing its integration technology stack as part of a wider transformation initiative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and rollout of new integration tooling and to help shape the supporting service and operating models.
As a key stakeholder in this transition you will work closely with the Enterprise Data Architect and integration partners to ensure that futurestate solutions are aligned with business needs and service standards. While handson implementation is not expected you will have the opportunity to be trained on the chosen platforms and to develop expertise in modern integration practices.
Main Responsibilities
Integration Support (Level 1)
- Monitor and manage the Integrations team mailbox responding to incoming queries and requests
- Manage the integration incident queue in ServiceNow ensuring timely triage and followup
- Review and respond to alerts generated by integration monitoring tools
Service Coordination
- Oversee daily interactions with thirdparty integration support partners to ensure effective service delivery
- Collaborate with Business Solutions teams and vendors to investigate incidents and identify root causes
- Coordinate regular patching and system updates with support partners
Integration Tooling Oversight (Level 1 Support)
- Perform basic noncomplex configuration tasks using integration management tools
- Manage integration schedules and ensure timely execution of jobs
- Track integration successes and failures and where possible correct and resubmit failed jobs
- Run reconciliation processes to verify data accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
Change Management
- Create and maintain integrationrelated change records in ServiceNow
- Represent the Integrations team in Change Approval Board meetings and other governance forums
Credentials & Certificate Management
- Maintain service account credentials (usernames and passwords) used in integrations
- Coordinate the refresh and issuance of integration keys and security certificates
Backlog & Work Management
- Maintain the Jirabased integration backlog and manage the teams Kanban board
- Run regular backlog review and prioritisation meetings with stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for any integrationrelated questions or issues
- Provide subject matter input to support integration decisions across the business
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to stakeholders on integration status and performance
Project Support
- Contribute SMElevel input to integrationrelated projects and initiatives
- Support the ongoing Integration Transformation programme helping shape future tooling and operating models
About You
Essential
- A background in data integrations with a solid understanding of integration principles
- Enthusiasm for learning a new role and adopting new technologies
- Proven coordination skills with experience managing tasks across multiple parties
- Excellent organisational communication and collaboration skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to initiate guide and direct discussions
- A selfstarter who takes initiative to prevent or resolve issues
- An analytical mindset with a strong focus on data and trends
- Experience working in an operational support role
- Vendor management experience including daytoday collaboration with external delivery partners in a servicebased environment
Desirable
- Experience in service delivery or service management
- Familiarity with integration management tools
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments including Scrum team participation
- Experience using Jira or similar collaboration platforms
- Exposure to MuleSoft or similar integration platforms
- Understanding of data encryption transport security and credentials/key management
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow Workday Oracle Fusion or similar cloud platforms
- ITILbased qualifications (or equivalent)
- Skills in reporting and dashboard creation using tools such as Excel PowerPoint or Power BI
Note: Experience of our current technologies is not essential as training will be provided however a willingness to learn and develop is key to this role.
