The Retail Sales assistant supports the Retail Manager and team with all aspects of running the Ashgate Hospice shop situated in the Peak village shopping Centre Rowsley. The role will involve managing staff stock control preparing products as well as the training of volunteers.

To support the training development and motivation of a team of staff and volunteers.
