The Role
Strategic Alignment:
Ensure that the project aligns with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
Communicate the projects importance and value to stakeholders and team members.
Leadership and Governance:
Provide overall leadership and direction for the project.
Establish project governance structures and processes to support effective decisionmaking and accountability.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the main point of contact between the project team and the broader organization.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
Risk Management:
Identify assess and manage risks that could impact the projects success.
Develop strategies to mitigate or resolve these risks.
Decision Making:
Make critical decisions regarding the projects direction priorities and changes.
Provide guidance and resolve conflicts that may arise within the project team or with stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the projects progress against the established goals timelines and budgets.
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Benefit Realization:
Ensure that the project delivers the expected benefits and value to the organization.
Oversee the transition from project completion to operational implementation ensuring sustainability and ongoing improvement.

APM (PMQ)
Location
This position is hybrid with some time spent onsite at our Clients office and at home. Your own transport is essential as the site is based in Helensburgh.
Security Requirements
SC Clearance
Due to the secure nature of this project restrictions in relation to UK residency and nationality will apply.
