Were hiring 2 temporary salaried instructors for the Carpentry Apprenticeship!
The Wood Trades Team delivers training for students in Carpenter Apprenticeship. This is made up of 4 years of Jobsite training and study. The technical training portions are eight weeks in length running 5 times per year and take place at SAIT Main Campus.
As an instructor you will create a supportive and innovative learning environment utilizing existing curriculum resources and various instructional techniques to promote learning and personal development. In addition to creating teaching and learning plans course maps and assessments you will provide ongoing support and guidance to learners evaluate student progress and achievement and participate in promotional activities such as SAITs Open House.
