We provide tailored employment services Parent Pathways Program (PPP) Community Development Program (CDP) Transition to Work (TtW) Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP) and Disability Employment Services (DES) across Australia.

Real Futures have been successful in winning the new Parent Pathways Program Parent Pathways is about parents and carers and their individual needs. With the help of a qualified mentor parents and carers can receive flexible support to assist with any personal study or work goals.

A day in the life of our Parent Pathways Team Leader can include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining and supporting an active caseload
  • Supervising and supporting Parents Pathways teams in the area to achieve KPIs
  • Developing and maintaining operational relationships with relevant government bodies community organisations and employers
  • Ensuring services and programs follow all federal and state legislation funding regulations/requirements certifications and licensing requirements
  • Ensuring provision of a safe working environment for all employees
  • Proactively identifying performance or HR issues and escalating them to the Regional Manager in a timely and fair manner ensuring appropriate action is taken to minimise risk
  • Inspiring and fostering team commitment spirit pride and trust; facilitate cooperation and motivate team members to accomplish group goals
  • Developing the capacity of others to perform and contribute by providing coaching/mentoring feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods
  • Contributing to the strategy direction and future planning of Parent Pathways
  • Holding regular staff meetings and promote actions to ensure that communication and change are handled positively and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring a high standard of care support and development is provided to all staff
  • Ensuring our aspirants are treated with respect integrity and professionalism
  • Assigning caseload efficiently and effectively in accordance with standard operating procedures and contract requirements
  • Maintain files to an acceptable standard for auditing and review

Please note this is a Max Term Position until the

To be considered for this position you will:

  • Ability to travel between Parent Pathways sites within region
  • Experience Leadership in Community Service Children Youth and Families or Employment Services
  • Administration experience keying and sourcing data into and from databases
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcomebased environment toward high performance results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high quality individually tailored service
  • Demonstrated experience in motivational interviewing techniques
  • Experience dealing with challenging participants and deescalating situations of conflict
  • Experience using CRM and databases intranets and sourcing information via internet
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcomebased environment toward high performance results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high quality individualised customer services

To be considered you must

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
  • Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
