Location:Washington DC / Maryland / Northern Virginia
Type:FullTime Direct Hire 3 Openings
Salary:$70000 $90000 base commission car allowance
Expected on target earnings should exceed $150000
Overview:
A top clinical laboratory services provider is hiring motivated clientoriented Sales Representatives to oversee accounts and generate new business throughout Northern Virginia Washington DC and Maryland. This position is wellsuited for experienced sales professionals with a history of building strong relationships with providers and closing deals in competitive marketsespecially those with a background in healthcare sales or diagnostic labs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and retention
- Educate providers on diagnostic service offerings to enhance patient care
- Maintain and grow key relationships within primary care and specialty clinics
- Monitor competitors and trends in pricing and services
- Collaborate with marketing to implement territory sales strategies
- Conduct business reviews and deliver clientfocused solutions
- Maintain pipeline and reporting in CRM systems
- Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)
- 25 years of outside sales experience ideally in healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Selfstarter with excellent communication and organizational skills
- CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Prior experience in clinical lab diagnostics or healthcare services sales
- Knowledge of physician practices in primary care urgent care OB/GYN oncology pathology or related specialties
