You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSuccessful candidates will be experienced in teaching music in theirtheir applied area to diverse students at all levels use progressive pedagogy in teaching technique and use sound anatomical and wellness principles in their pedagogy. Candidates should be able to teach all levels and styles of music studies in their applied instrument. Additionally applicants should be able to arrange studio classes and oncampus concerts. Applications are encouraged from candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of the music program and university through their teaching and service.
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Music Performance or Music Education
Professional performing experience.
Experience in teaching music in a preprofessional setting.
Available afterschool hours and weekends.
Compensation: The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
