Day in the Life of Our Caregivers

Companion Caregivers are integral to our seniors. They provide companionship help with daily tasks and strive to bring joy into their lives.

Our Caregivers go above and beyond assisting seniors with personal care and medication reminders ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking Caregivers with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to provide compassionate care to our seniors.

Candidates must be comfortable offering companionship and personal care that is nonmedical.

Candidates must possess a reliable car for transportation.

Through our Caregiver Mentor Program we will develop personalized training plans to support each Caregiver in their role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check / TB skin test
• Licensed driver with a reliable and insured automobile (travel to seniors homes must be reliable)

Qualities of Great Caregivers

Experience caring for a family member parenting or homemaking can translate into excellent caregiving skills. Alternatively working in assisted living facilities nursing homes senior homes or senior centers as well as teaching or working in childcare can be valuable background experiences. If you have volunteered held certifications like CNA HHA or PCA or simply have a heart for service we encourage you to apply!
