Your work environment at EXP
In this role you will be a part of theEntertainment Hospitality & Healthcare Buildingsteam of theMEP Sector.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Reviewing owner project requirements
- Performing design reviews
- Developing commissioning specifications
- Creating commissioning plans checklists and tests
- Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
- Working with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
- Writing field reports and final reports
- Creating Systems Manuals
What your experience looks like
- 5 years previous experience in commissioning mechanical engineering design test and balance and / or building automation system checkout
- commissioning certification or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred
