The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing modifying and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision components used in the aerospace and space parts industries. This role requires interpreting technical drawings selecting proper tooling programming with Mastercam and ensuring efficient and accurate machining operations. The Programmer will work closely with machinists and leadership to ensure quality output and continuous process improvement.

This is a TemptoPerm position and is 100% onsite.

Salary: $75000 /

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of CNC programming experience

  • Proficient with Mastercam (required); other CAM software a plus

  • Experience in a machine shop environment; aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred

  • Familiarity with multiaxis CNC machines

  • Strong understanding of Gcode blueprint reading and GD&T

  • Comfortable using precision measurement tools (e.g. micrometers gauges)

  • Prior experience with space or highspec components
