We are experts on Digital Transformation Solutions Custom Applications Development & Application Modernization IoT and ML/AI solutions Design and Implementation of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud solutions together with MultiCloud Integration.
We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst IT EMobility Systems (Mid Level) to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.
What will you do:
On Requirements:
- Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as but not limited to epics user stories and backlogs.
- Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software systems and processes.
- Negotiate tradeoffs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary technical regulatory constraints.
On Business Situations:
- Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements.
- Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.
- Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders.
On Information Flows:
- Identify and process information that is used to support decisionmaking business processes and digital services.
- Contribute on the development of innovative ways for managing the information of the division.
- Support data engineering integration and interoperability activities from functional point of view.
- Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications in largescale organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in largescale organization.
- At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle analysis and design).
- Professional experience in the energy emobility or utilities sector is a huge plus.
- Business Analysis certifications such is PMIPBA IIBACCBA or similar is a plus.
- Experience in data modelling (conceptual and logical models business metrics) is a plus.
