Worth Recruiting is proud to present a superb opportunity for a RICS qualified Rural Land Agent to join a respected and established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the Salisbury area.
This role offers the perfect blend of strategic estate management commercial planning and handson project oversight.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Developing and implementing estate management plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Managing a mix of residential commercial and agricultural tenancies.
- Overseeing property maintenance and capital projects including planning and construction.
- Handling inhouse valuations and estate budgeting.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across health & safety employment law and property standards.
- Liaising with estate staff contractors external consultants and developers.
- Supporting debt management and contributing to wider estate operations.
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- MRICS qualification (Membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
- Proven experience in estate management and business development.
- Commercially astute with a track record of identifying and realising growth opportunities.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
