This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fastpaced finance environment offering an hourly rate of 13.00 14.00 per hour depending on experience.
As a Temporary Accounts Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
Handling bank reconciliations and maintaining ledgers
Assisting with supplier payments and resolving any related queries
Supporting the finance team with monthend procedures
Managing petty cash and staff expenses
Providing general administrative support to the finance function
To be successful in this Accounts Assistant role you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a similar finance/accounts role
Confidence using accounting software such as Sage Xero or similar
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
A proactive and flexible attitude to support the wider team
Availability to start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment
This role is easily commutable from Scarborough Bridlington Filey Driffield and Malton and surrounding villages. The office offers free onsite parking and is also accessible via public transport.
